I make my shake with IsaWATER….  And anything in which I use even bottled water…..  My goal is to increase the antioxidants in my body….when those new cells come on after the old ones die off each minute…I don’t want anything attacking the new cells!    Did you know that every 7 years, you have an entirely new body?  (With the exception of brain cells and certain nerve cells.)  This is the length of time for the trillions of cells to die off and regenerate.   Gives new meaning to the 7 year itch…
