Things to Remeber for the IsaChallenge!

1. You are to be drinking 3-4 oz of Cleanse in 4-8 ounces of water twice a day—- add one scoop of IsaCalcium to that in your Isa Shaker and shake over ice..hmmmm..good

2. In the mornings or at lunch, you are to have a 2 scoops of Shake in 8 oz of water — substitute one scoop with IsaPro...later after you loose 10 pounds, you can just add a third scoop of IsaPro— this will really build lean muscle— I have noticed the difference.

3  If your bowels are kinda normal but a little slow and not very much quantity ….take 2 isaflush at night…if your bowels are nice and smooth and lots of quantity …Take 1 isaflush …if you are too loose… skip 1 —just one ……watch out and don’t get backed up —- that interferes with weight loss as well as detox.  Isaflush is not a laxative — it is 200 mg of Magnesium which stimulates the Villi in your GI Tract for smooth delivery.

4. There is a tape measure in your box — measure your chest midriff waist hips and thigh and put away until later; DO IT!

5. Don’t forget the Ionix Supreme that should be in your white Flask (tall red bottle) There is a tendency to forget it because it is by it self in the fridge…you will get hungry and not sleep well if you forget it.

6. If you cheat and eat or drink too much “follow your sins with Cleanse” and have another 3-4 ounces of Cleanse when you get home.

7. Keep 10-12 Snack wafers ( I call them Pet Tabs ) in a baggie with you to take every hour or so during the day to keep the nutrient levels in your blood high…whether you want them on not —- these are not optional.  A high Nutrient level means an active Fat release signal from the brain.

You should be starting to feel more energetic by now…are you?
