Week One was a bit disorganized for me.. I started pretty well then I got distracted.
My excused are
…because I still had my daughter home from College and there was so much going on…
…because I am a little sad that the Holidays are over and visits with Jay, Hayley and Julia are over.
…because I am tired and not ready to start the grind of the new year yet.
….What are your reasons that things are not popping right along.???
The list goes on forever doesn’t it? Not to be discouraged!
So this week — I am going to ease into the schedule that always makes me feel so empowered: Isagenix and working out….
So everyone ease up on your selves and just glide into the Isagenix Shake Day with Cleanse Instructions Sheet. I will email that and the Full Day Instruction sheet again next just to be sure you have fresh easy new copies..
I loved the suggestion Gloria made (one of our team members)
1. Hot water in the Cleanse and Ionix Supreme combined as Tea. (Twice A day btw)
2. Warm water in the Shake—
I did try the warm Shake and it is very satisfying — kinda like hot pancakes or a hot dessert. Yummy and warming.
Does any one else have any good suggestions or updates to share— they are soooo helpful for everyone and you can remain anonymous!

Did anyone do a Cleanse day yet? I suggested to do one either on Friday , Saturday or Sunday. Try a Full Cleanse day this coming week and Report Back
