Thank you so much for the inspirational note. The information was very helpful. As I’m waiting for the “cakes” to come, are there any other snacks that you would recommend. I am eating a piece of fruit in the afternoons as that seems to keep me going and stops me from snacking on things I should stay away from.
The only caffeine I’m drinking at the moment is some tea (not very strong) with some lemon, because I work in Connecticut and it’s freeezing up here at the moment. :) and it also helps me get through some of my meetings. Otherwise I’m not drinking any coffee or other caffeine. So I have another question, and I’m sure I will have many as this continues… splenda? Can I use a little to sweeten up my drinks? I’m not drinking any soda, I’m not a soda drinker anyway, but I’m not a big water drinker and getting enough water is a struggle for me, so with a little lemon, what’s the view on like 1/2 a packet of Splenda to give it a little lemonade taste?
