Hi there it’s Jane — GI Jane to some.. I just wanted to say how impressive and inspirational you are. Not only accomplishing your great start but for sharing your days with us. So many wonder what will happen and what to expect and you have given a voice to many.
Each person responds differently to the program depending on many variables…
Following the Shake Day with Cleanse Instructions, 30 minutes of exercise and staying in the 400-600 Calorie count for non-isagenixc calories will put you on the fastest track. You can loose 15-25 pounds easily.
If you are drinking coffee, the caffeine will slow the weight loss. Wine etc adds pure sugar and slows weight loss. If the timing of your intact deviates too much from the instructions , you will not keep the Fat release mechanism in place and will loose less.
Timing is everything…. keep the nutrient levels from Isagenix up in your blood stream all through the day by taking all the components in a timely fashion. This tells the body you are well-fed and the body releases fat steadily. The Snacks are an essential part of the timing and needed nutrients. When you leave them out, you will not get the fat release because your nutrient levels go down…. so the body holds the fat. Eat your Snacks.. Nibble on them with some Easy Tea. (Cleanse for Life and water with lemon)
You are going through the whole program — so do it just right and get the results you want. Leaving the Snacks out is not exact … Be exact.
You can find something else to like after you reach your ideal weight. for now— you LOVE your Snacks! They are your buddies!
You will eventually loose the weight you want even if you cheat —- but I am a stickler for the fastest track—-
