Well the day turned out to be a really hectic and stressful day and my sugar cravings kicked in with a vengeance. I never truly realized how much I crave sweets when I’m stressed. I drank a lot of water and ate an organic apple in the afternoon and that seemed to help. I admit drinking water is not easy for me. I’m just not a big water drinker. I always drank tea and coffee. Never a soda drinker, but my liquids at work was mainly tea with milk and sugar. I’m following the Shake and Cleanse daily instructions and wondering if I’m going to run out of cleanse before the 30 days is up? Does it really last that long?

Stress, I hate it. It makes it hard to do the anything well. Stay on track and you will find that the cravings will deminish.
