The only thing I would add to the routine are 20 push ups and 50 crunches.

This is a good start to any day, but certainly one that you know will be ending at the buffet table at a Holiday party.  Add this routine to your daily Isagenix and you’ll be burning a lot more calories and melting away those inches!!!  I’m adding it to my day!
